Product Description

The excavator walking system is mainly composed of track frame, final drive motor walking assy, sprocket, track roller, idler, track cylinder assembly, carrier roller, track shoe assembly, rail clamp and so on.

When the excavator walks, each wheel body rolls along the track, the walking motor drives the sprocket, and the sprocket turns the track pin to realize walking.
The cause of driving wheel block and broken teeth
1. There are problems in casting and heat treatment of the driving wheel;
2, the material strength does not meet the quality standard;
3, the driving wheel is too soft or too hard, resulting in deformation or brittle hard block;
4, the driving wheel structure design is not reasonable, resulting in local stress concentration.
