Our factory can offer track roller for different brand bulldozer, track roller have single flange and double flange kinds, the roller is a part that requires high wear resistance, so we not only need to carry out quenching and tempering treatment to make its internal structure uniform and fine. The hardness reaches HRC52. And if the wear resistance is not high, pass-through quenching treatment will also be carried out to improve the wear resistance of the rollers.
